The rooms at Franz Guest House are super cozy and comfortable. The beds are so comfy, it feels like sleeping on a cloud! I loved having a fully equipped kitchenette in my room. It made it easy to prepare quick meals and snacks whenever I wanted. The rainfall showerheads in the bathrooms gave me the most relaxing showers ever. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch too. The free in-room WiFi was a lifesaver! I was able to stay connected and easily share my amazing vacation photos with friends and family.
Personally, I didn't really use the minibar in my room. I prefer bringing my own drinks and snacks.

I couldn't believe it! Free breakfast and an airport shuttle? I felt like a VIP! Plus, I got to explore the water adventures and nightlife nearby. So much excitement!
Oh, how awful! I had to make my own breakfast in the shared kitchen.

I recently stayed at a lovely guest house in the heart of Naples' old town. The owner, Francisco, was incredibly kind and went above and beyond in assisting me with my travel plans. The location was perfect, allowing me to explore the city on foot. Additionally, the room was clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service and fresh towels. Francisco even provided a mini fridge stocked with drinks at a great price. I highly recommend this place for a delightful stay in Naples.

Great location in the historical center. Comfortable apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful host.
Noise from the street affected sleep quality. Breakfast options could be improved.

The rooms at Franz Guest House were cozy and comfortable, with a seating area where I could relax after a long day of exploring. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, perfect for catching up on my favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave was super convenient for quick meals.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the minibars in the guestrooms. But hey, that's just my preference and I'm sure some people would still enjoy having them.

We had a fantastic stay at this guest house in the heart of the city. The room was bright, clean, and comfortable. The furniture was stylish and gave us inspiration for our own home. The owner, who spoke English well, was incredibly kind and helpful. He gave us great advice on where to eat and what to visit, making our stay even better. We felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our visit.
